Venue
Our conference will be held at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort situated between Tanunda and Lyndoch in the heart of the Barossa Valley just a 55 minutes drive from Adelaide, South Australia. It includes modern conference facilities with a range of meeting rooms well suited to our need for plenary and concurrent sessions. There is a large area for poster displays and sponsors exhibits. Broadband internet access is available and the resort features award winning dining and leasure facilities.

Accommodation
The resort has modern apartment-style accommodation to suit a range of needs. This includes studio apartments with either 1 king bed or 2 single beds, studio spa apartments with 1 king bed, and two-bedroom apartments with either 1 king bed and 1 queen bed or 1 queen bed and 2 single beds.

All apartments have have private balconies with views, a kitchenette, broadband internet access and a range of other facilities.

Fast Check-in
The Novotel has provided an accommodation pre-registration form for our delegates to speed their check-in to the resort.

Please fill out the form completely, bring it with you, and hand it to the Novotel reception staff upon arrival. The completed form eliminates the need to fill out a registration card and credit card details. This will ensure a quick accommodation check-in for you, especially if you arrive with a bus group.

Reservations

Delegates are responsible for making their own reservations directly with the resort. This is to be done by one of the methods below (phone, fax or email)

DO NOT try to book through the Novotel web site - it will either tell you that no rooms are available (our block booking may be holding them) or you will not receive our special room rate.

Date: Delegates are advised to make their reservations by June 19th 2009 in order to be guaranteed a room. From the end of June, a proportion of the rooms not reserved will be released in stages back to the resort for general sale.
