The Barossa Novotel is located in the countryside within the heart of Barossa Valley. The Barossa Novotel is 100 km from the Adelaide CBD and the airport (approximately 1.5 hours drive) and 5 km from the nearest town (Tanunda). See the "venue" page for address and contact details

Between Adelaide Airport and the Novotel Barossa Valley
Information regarding transport from the Adelaide airport is available at:  href="http://www.aal.com.au   Alternatives for transport from the airport to the Barossa Novotel include taxis (available from the airport taxi stand, cost ~ $120-$150 per trip), car hire and an airport shuttle service. A few AAABG buses will be also provided.

AAABG buses
We have arranged for AAABG buses from the Adelaide Airport to the Barossa Novotel on Sunday (27/9) morning (10:30 am departure) and on Monday (28/9) morning (10:30 am departure). There will be AAABG buses from the Novotel Barossa to the Adelaide Airport on Thursday (1/10) afternoon (5:30 pm departure) and Friday (2/10) early morning (6:30 am departure).

The trip will take 1.5 hours and the cost will be $30 per person. (Note: There will be a free bus to airport on Friday (2/10) morning at 8:00 am, but this bus will not arrive at the airport until 10:30 am because it will go to the Showgrounds first.)

The cost will be payable at the time of departure, but you must reserve your seat as soon as possible. Details regarding the bus pick-up at the airport will be sent to those with reserved seats. So please reserve your seat.

Airport to Novotel
Sunday morning, 27/9, departing airport at 10:30 am (arriving at Novotel at ~12:00 pm)

Novotel to Airport

Airport Shuttle Service: Adelaide Airport Flyer
The Adelaide Airport Flyer is a door to door service 7 days per week, scheduled to connect with passengers' arrival/departure times. This is a practical alternative for delegates whose flight arrival times to not link well with the AAABG bus schedules.

Cost, bookings and payment
The cost of the Airport Flyer from the Adelaide airport to the Novotel Barossa will be approximately $50. Generous discounts are offered to couples, families and groups.

Early reservations are essential and pre-payment is required for passengers arriving at Adelaide Airport. Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted by telephone, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
